RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our mission is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kane & Unke. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.
 

*If you purchased an item on the website that was listed no return, all sales FINAL.
*If your item(s) was purchased from another retail store, it will need to be exchanged or returned to that specific location.  


 

EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item from kaneandunke.com and want to exchange it for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment by writing to info@kaneandunke.com and suppling your order number and written explanation of your return and product you would like to replace. You are subject to any additional cost of other style and/or shipment.  We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please item availability on kaneandunke.com or by calling customer service at 1-818-968-7162 or emailing info@kaneandunke.com.

RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from kaneandunke.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund or exchange your item. To return an item(s) from a refund (NO SALE ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED) send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Sorry, please note we will not reimburse shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject are subject to a 5% re stocking fee.
